Faculty:  Trueman, B. or Sussman, E.

The objective of this course is to train students to become sophisticated readers of corporate financial statements. As such, the focus will be on understanding and analyzing the statements and supporting notes, rather than on preparing them. By the end of the course students should be able to spot potential red flags in a company’s financial statements and make adjustments to those statements so that they better reflect the underlying financial health of the company.
