Stan Krastev
Stan graduated from the Rohrer Business School at Rowan University with a B.S. in Finance/Economics. After graduating, Stan joined Morgan Stanley's GWM and moved into the firm's Asset Management division in New York.While at Morgan Stanley, he worked on managing the firm's $400 billion investments portfolio and held different roles in Finance, Trade Support and QRM. Since 2008, Stan has been with Bank of America, most recently in their Real Estate Strategy department. His responsibilities include developing quantitative and operational strategies to manage the bank's $900 billion consumer real estate portfolio and control Balance Sheet's exposure to market pricing volatility.

Aditya Kumar
Aditya Kumar is pursuing his MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a specialization in Finance. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin. He has a strong well rounded software development background. As a senior member of the team, he led the development of several high impact software products in well-known groups at Microsoft such as Hotmail, Office and Tellme for 8+ years. He intends to leverage his strong software background in the field of quantitative investment management. He is a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Richard Magnusen
Richard graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering in 2000. He had been working before he received his degree and has experience in various areas of manufacturing. Although most of his work experience has been aerospace related, he has also worked in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. He also has experience managing a rental property he owns in a nearby city. Richard is concentrating on finance while at Anderson with the goal of applying his education to asset management.

Ricky Ng, President
Ricky Ng completed his undergraduate degree in Business Economics with a minor in accounting at UCLA. After graduating, he began his career with Ernst & Young's assurance practice where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Ricky then joined Warner Bros - Financial Reporting & Budgeting department as a Senior Financial Analyst. This past summer, Ricky interned at Cappello Capital, a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles. Ricky is also the Executive Vice President of FEMBA Council. In his spare time, Ricky enjoys snowboarding, playing the guitar, spending time with friends and family, and meeting new people.

Daniel Rad
Daniel currently works as an underwriter at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, a multi-family lender based in Santa Monica. At Berkshire, Daniel screens potential lending opportunities and performs due diligence for loans. Prior to joining Berkshire, Daniel was an Associate Vice President of Acquisitions at Envision Plastics, a Private Equity Fund focusing on Recycling Industry with three plants in the US, and a Federal Tax Associate at KPMG. Daniel is a graduate of UCLA with a bachelor in History and Accounting, and is currently pursing his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Daniel is also pursuing his CPA, and has completed three sections.

Nancy Rodriguez, VP of Recruiting, Guest Speaker Coordinator
Nancy is an Investment Associate at UBS Financial Services for the ultra high net worth private wealth management division in Los Angeles. Her primary responsibilities include the execution of equity and fixed income managed solutions for client portfolios, as well as the implementation of alternative investments (mainly hedge funds, managed futures, and private equity) and new issue syndicate allocations. Prior to joining UBS, she was a Client Services Associate for Lehman Brothers and a Registered Client Associate for Merrill Lynch's Private Banking Investment Group, where she facilitated new business development and assisted in the active management of client portfolios. Nancy holds a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Sangwook Shin
Sangwook is a full-time MBA student at UCLA Anderson focusing on finance. He was admitted to Anderson with the Industrial Indemnity Fellowship and is a member of the Investment Finance Club.
Prior to Anderson, Sangwook worked as a senior portfolio manager at MetLife for over 7 years. There he was responsible for establishing investment strategies, selecting outside asset management companies and monitoring fund performances. Sangwook managed 40 variable insurance funds including fixed income funds, equity funds, and overseas funds, totaling $4 billion (USD). He reviewed over 100 investment proposals per year and worked with 13 investment management companies including Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, SEI, Samsung Asset Management, and others. Sangwook is a candidate for CFA level 3 and is a Registered Fund Manager (RFM) in Korea.

Vibhu Sinha
Vibhu supports fixed income analytics development for the structured products desk at TCW. He joined the firm in 2007 and has been instrumental in building stratification and analytical models for distressed residential mortgage-backed securities using house price indices and other market data. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2008 and Vice President in 2011. Prior to joining TCW, Vibhu worked at New Century Financial Corporation for two years as Sr. Analyst for Capital Markets Originations. Prior to New Century, Vibhu worked as a consultant, managing biotech projects sponsored by National Institute of Health. Vibhu graduated with a M.S. in Computer Science with an emphasis on Engineering Mathematics from the University of Louisville, where he was also a Graduate Research Fellow, and he is credited with authoring a research paper that was selected at an international conference for publication. Vibhu is also a Certified Toastmaster, and he actively participates in philanthropic and volunteering initiatives. For his significant involvement, Vibhu was invited as an honoree at the 30th Annual Spirit of Volunteerism Awards ceremony, where he was the recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from The White House.

James Stiegler, VP of Marketing
James graduated with honors from the State University of NY at Buffalo in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He joined Raytheon as a radar designer and quickly became the lead systems engineer for a radar sustainment program with a focus in foreign military sales. James earned his master's degree with a concentration in communications and signal processing from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2004. He is currently lead investigator on a research and development program and lead systems engineer on a radar upgrade production program at Thales Raytheon Systems in Fullerton, CA. He manages and mentors a team of engineers.
While at Anderson, James has started an entrepreneurial venture that specializes in fitness apparel for the maternity market. He manages the company finances, investments, website and inventory. He lives in Marina del Rey with his wife, one year old son, and two cats. |

Chen Wang
Chen (Tony) Wang is a full time MBA student of class 2012. Prior to business school, he worked at a joint venture of Deutsch Bank & Huaxia Bank, focusing on risk management and quantitative modeling, within consumer banking industry. He is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a candidate of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II. After graduating from Anderson, he plans to begin his finance career in investment management industry. Chen (Tony) earned his B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.E. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University.
