WebVisible Names Harper ('07) Chief Financial Officer

(Jamie) Harper ('07) as chief financial officer of the company. Harper will oversee finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, legal, treasury, tax and investor relations for WebVisible's worldwide operations.

Most recently, Harper was chief financial officer for Move Networks, Inc., a global provider of next-generation, Internet-based television, where he led the effort to secure multiple rounds of financing from private equity and strategic investors, resulting in more than $54 million raised. He also spearheaded strategic company directions, key acquisitions, and operating initiatives to reduce costs and increase performance.

Previously, Harper spent nearly a decade at Stamps.com, a pioneer in online, subscription-based services targeted to SMB market, where he rose to become chief accounting officer and vice president of finance. During his tenure, Stamps.com raised more than $400 million during its initial public and secondary public offerings, and Harper played a key role in the company's return to profitability. Harper earned an EMBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs.
