SynapSense™ Appoints Nunez ('89) to Chief Financial Officer

 

FOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SynapSense Corporation, a leading provider of wireless instrumentation solutions, today announced that the company has named F. Ray Nuñez its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Nuñez joins the SynapSense team with more than 20 years of experience working with both early-stage, venture-backed companies and global technology businesses. Prior to SynapSense, Nuñez served as CFO of American River Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on energy efficiency investments. Nuñez also worked as consulting CFO for RCS Technology, a recognized leader in smart grid innovation.

Nuñez, whose early career includes finance and marketing management positions at HP, earned his CPA while at Deloitte LLP in Silicon Valley. He currently serves as vice president of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern California. Nuñez holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Santa Clara University and a master of business administration, corporate finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
