R&D Logic appoints Scott Clarke ('80) to its Board of Directors


R&D Logic, premier SaaS provider of business management software and services, announced the appointment of John Whiting and Scott Clarke ('80) to its Board of Directors.

"Our new Board members bring more than 50 years of combined experience in the Life Sciences and Software industries. These industry veterans will enable R&D Logic to continue to deliver substantial value to the Life Sciences Industry," said Wanda Ionescu, Chief Executive Officer and President, R&D Logic, Inc.

Scott Clarke's management career began in 1990 as VP of Management Information Services at 3Com. He then became Chief Information Officer at Syntex Corporation, Senior Vice President Operations at Incyte Pharmaceuticals and Chief Executive Officer at BioSpace.com and Discovery Innovations. Most recently Scott held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Entelos, Inc. During his career, Scott has been recognized for his expertise in managing large organizations and developing, producing, and delivering software products and services that are aligned with key business objectives. Scott received a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson.
