Fulcher ('77) Joins Parsons as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions

 

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - January 11, 2011) - Parsons is pleased to announce that Ray A. Fulcher has joined the firm as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). In this role working within Parsons' Corporate Strategy and Development Department, Mr. Fulcher will be responsible for assisting in the development of Parsons' overall corporate growth strategy, identifying and evaluating strategic initiatives, managing and executing M&As, and evaluating and pricing business opportunities.

Mr. Fulcher has 30 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility working for Fortune 500, nonprofit, and public service organizations. Prior to joining Parsons, he worked for a leading global security company as the Corporate Director, Mergers & Acquisitions Integration. There, he was responsible for the corporatewide integration process for acquired business entities, the business management role in the Hart-Scott-Rodino review and approval process, and the administration of all post-closing activities, including transition service agreements, liabilities, escrows, and disputes and claims.

Mr. Fulcher holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and a master's degree in statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He also completed the Executive Program in Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He will be based in Parsons' Pasadena, California, corporate headquarters.
