Green is a dynamic, highly experienced HR professional with a track record of building strategic HR organizations, and developing and implementing fully aligned people and company strategies, staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce design. Most recently, Nicole was head of HR for Activision Blizzard's Worldwide Studios, supporting an organization with more than 2,600 employees. Prior to that Nicole headed HR for all North American functions at Activision for six years, playing a key role in helping the company grow from 700 to 1,500 employees. Prior to Activision, Nicole worked at Nestle Waters and ARCO. Nicole holds a B.A. and an MBA from UCLA.
