Join Dean Judy Olian as she welcomes Anderson alumna Natacha Rafalski ('95) CFO, EuroDisney Paris who will share her experience working with The Walt Disney Company, the multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate, first in Shanghai, now in Paris.  

Dean Olian will also provide an update on the school.

About Natacha Rafalski 

Natacha Rafalski is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Euro Disney.

Before joining Disneyland Paris, Natacha was the Chief Financial Officer, Greater China, for The Walt Disney Company, where she oversaw all of the finance activities for Greater China. She was responsible for planning and forecasting and financial reporting. She also oversaw the IT function for Greater China and APAC.

Natacha worked previously in Corporate Treasury as Vice-President of Corporate Finance for The Walt Disney Company where she oversaw the company’s film financing efforts as well as its project finance activities related to Euro Disney S.C.A and Shanghai Disneyland Resort. She previously managed Disney’s global capital markets activities. In addition, Natacha oversaw the company’s global cash management group.

Natacha joined Disney as an Intern in the summer of 1994 and returned to Treasury in 1995 in a full time position. Natacha graduated in June 1995 from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management with an emphasis in Finance. Prior to business school, Natacha worked for Bank of America in San Francisco.

Natacha grew up in France, in Versailles, and moved to California to go to UCSB where she graduated with a B.A. in Math/Economics. She currently resides in Paris and has one daughter.
In 2017 she was among the winners of the annual Women Worth Watching award, celebrating the most influential women executives around the world, who stand out for their leadership, initiative, and success.
