Leaders in today’s world need to be participatory and flexible, yet powerful enough to inspire others. Our leadership style is based on our perceptions and experiences.

Knowing how these influence our energy in our relationships is a key tool in developing a personally effective leadership style that positively influences and changes you, your interactions with those you work with, as well as your organization.

What you’ll Learn
• Energy Levels and what they mean
• Advantages and disadvantages of leading with different Energy Levels
• An Energy/Action Model and how to create an environment for success

** Note:  This will be a small interactive group, so a maximum of 15 people  may participate.  If you can't make it, please cancel your RSVP ASAP to allow fellow alums a spot. **

RSVP soon to http://www.anderson.ucla.edu/alumni/event-details?eid=5068, as space is very limited.
