Yolanda is a Program Manager for Global Inclusion at LinkedIn, and is passionate about ? building an inclusive culture and empowering employees to bring their full authentic self to work. With an educational background in Business (BS in Managerial Econ, MBA from UCLA Anderson)?; she ?also ?has over 10 years of diverse experience across HR Program Management including Recruiting, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Contingent Workforce, and Diversity & Inclusion.
Lilian is a Principal/executive recruiter at Howard Fischer Associates, specializing in building the foundational executive team for the portfolio companies of top-tier venture firms like Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Greylock, KP. Her clients include companies like Lookout, GitHub, Lytro, Cloudera, Gainsight, Anaplan on the venture side and larger technology companies like Google Motorola, Twitter, MobileIron.
