The issue of gender equality and supporting women in the workplace is more important than ever. With four out of 10 women being the primary earner or sole supporter for their family, both men and women are stepping up to bridge the equality gap.

Along with the subtle gender biases there are a few self-imposed barriers holding women back. In her usual entertaining way, Gretchen Hydo will give practical tips to create working environments that foster the innate gifts and abilities of both sexes, while debunking myths about them.

You will learn:

How to combat gender bias
How to break down self-imposed barriers that might be holding you back
How to stop internalizing challenges!

** Men are welcome **

** Learn how women are doing it, and advance in similar ways too **
