Topics Covered

Effective tax planning is required for family business estate and succession planning as it impacts the value of the company, the family's wealth and the amount of wealth to be passed to the next generation.

When should you be concerned about estate and succession planning? How do you align personal interests with business strategy? How does compensation evolve as leadership of the family business transitions from one generation to the next? How do you transfer your business to the next generation through estate planning? What strategies do you consider to save taxes?
