Today more than ever, we professionals suffer from overcrowded minds – we struggle to focus on the present, which impacts our ability to be productive in the big picture. Sometimes we get overwhelmed and feel pulled in too many directions. Our head can become a warehouse storing too many details, too many lists, too many voices and too many thoughts.

This of course causes stress, anxiety, distraction, procrastination, ineffectiveness, lower self-esteem and the inability to make sound decisions.

Here we'll:

- Discover why our minds are overcrowded;
- Tame our inner critic (important!); and
- Learn practical tips to be efficient and present.

Gretchen Hydo, our presenter, is a Certified Life & Business Coach, speaker, and columnist. For over 10 years she has been a trusted guide and adviser, helping men and women ignite their passion and break barriers, and giving them the tools they need to attain their next levels of success and fulfillment.
