Join the Ventura/Santa Barbara alumni chapter in welcoming the Class of 2015 with an evening with professional coach Dr. Lauren Appelbaum. She will discuss techniques for how to shift your perspective and change everything for issues that may arise at work or outside of the workplace.

Discussion Topic

Feeling stuck or bored at work or outside of it? Feeling stressed about a life transition? Through her Complete Life Approach© to coaching, Dr. Lauren Appelbaum, CPCC of LA·PhD will use CoActive coaching techniques to show you how to achieve greater satisfaction, fulfillment, and self-understanding when you are feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward at work or outside of the workplace. Through this interactive discussion, you will identify your most important goals, learn to appreciate the power and simplicity of perspectives, and find new options to handle existing problems. Before the evening is through, you will make commitments that will get the glue off your feet and help you to move forward with confidence.
