John Kelly Chocolates manufactures and sells a unique line of products derived from proprietary recipes and made by hand in small batches. The core product is called Truffle Fudge and it is the only premium fudge line that is sold as a fine chocolate. Other chocolates include salted caramels, walnut clusters, hand dipped chocolate fruit, and molded items. John Kelly chocolates have won awards, particularly their dark chocolate with French grey sea salt, and have been featured in the NY Times, The Cooking Channel, and Martha Stewart. They are sold at retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bristol Farms and Whole Foods.
The tour will include an intimate discussion with one of the founders and operations and include a peek into a working artisan factory and facility. You will also get to sample their chocolates. Learn more about John Kelly Chocolates here.
