Farmers University is responsible for training the 12,000 Farmers Claims personnel, from new-hire claims adjusters to executives  The University was inducted this year into the Top 10 Training Hall of Fame, consistently recognized globally as one of the top corporate universities.

Besides the classrooms, the campus includes the Farmers Backlot - movie-type sets including a two-story house that provides hands-on training in estimating various types of damage from fire, flooding, wind, etc. It also has  more than a dozen wrecked vehicles - some on lifts or even a 360-degree rotisserie - for hands-on training as well.

The Farmers Heritage Center is also at the location, so you will be taken down the memory lane of Farmers Insurance!

And while eating the lunch provided, we'll be asked to put our heads together as MBAs to help them solve a challenge - How can a training group like this measure its impact on the whole organization?  And how can it then communicate that value to the C-Suite?
*** Because Farmers must order lunch, RSVPs conclude by 12 noon Wednesday 13th! ***
