Featured Speaker: Michel Zelnick, Business Therapist, The Zelnick Group

Michel Zelnick is a Business Therapist, who uses his experience as a former "Big Four" CPA, practicing attorney, and clinical psychotherapist to resolve conflict and create alignment among and between business owners and leaders. His expertise in resolving complex people and business problems spans over thirty years of professional advisory, business leadership, and psychological practice experience. Michel has counseled numerous public, private, and family businesses and boards. Michel Zelnick will discuss the five things leaders need to master in order to harness conflict.

Michel's business experience is grounded in a many facets of executive leadership, including leading the Seattle-based venture capital backed healthcare information technology software start-up company asterion.com as its President and CEO. As Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Counsel with venture capital funded PLSI, he built a medical services business and led the successful acquisition of the company by Unilab Corporation. During his tenure at publicly traded Unilab as its Senior Vice President and Division Manager, he led the newly combined entities to solid profitability. In an earlier role with Lab Corp of America, he was Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Operations, taking this 16-division company public.
