About Kathryn Ullrich ('92)

Kathryn Ullrich ('92)Kathryn Ullrich has a passion for helping people with career advancement. Kathryn leads Alumni Career Services at UCLA Anderson School of Management, providing programs, coaching, and resources for alumni to manage professional success. She is author of the award-winning book, Getting to the Top: Strategies for Career Success. Kathy has been an executive recruiter for fourteen years with Russell Reynolds Associates and her own firm after careers in software product marketing with Siebel Systems (now Oracle), strategy consulting with Accenture, and engineering leadership roles at GTE (now Verizon). Kathy has an MBA with top Carter Award honors from UCLA Anderson and a BS Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from University of Michigan.

About Roy Cohen ('92)

Roy CohenRoy Cohen is a career counselor and executive coach, and a leading expert in job search and in managing "life" at work. He is the author of The Wall Street Professional's Survival Guide (Financial Times Press) the best-selling—and only—career resource for people who work on Wall Street or for those who want to. Roy has appeared several times on the Today Show, CBS This Morning, Good Day NY, Fox Business, The BBC, Bloomberg TV, HuffPost Live (numerous), and CNN, and he was featured in cover stories in the April 2012 and July 2009 issues of Money Magazine. He is quoted frequently in the press including the NY Times, the NY Post, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Crain's, and many other publications. In addition, he serves on the advisory board of Men's Fitness Magazine and he was selected last August as the official career coach for the movie, Lee Daniels' The Butler. He has an MBA from Columbia and an undergraduate degree from Cornell.
