ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Rod McDermott serves as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of McDermott & Bull, overseeing the firm’s Operations and Search Consultants. Rod co-chairs McDermott & Bull’s Finance, Aviation/Aerospace and Healthcare Practice Groups. McDermott & Bull’s clients include First Republic Bank, Union Bank, Comerica, Honeywell and Bose, to name a few. Prior to establishing McDermott & Bull, Rod was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Technology and Emerging Growth practice at DHR International, Inc., the nation’s sixth largest and fastest growing executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he was a banker with Security Pacific National Bank and Citibank, and currently Rod serves on the Boards of THINK Together, Partners Bank of California, The Mission Hospital Foundation and chairs the membership committee for Western Independent Bankers (WIB).
Mark Wilkerson serves as an Associate Consultant for McDermott & Bull in the Irvine, California, headquarters. He works directly with Rod McDermott in the firm’s Aviation/Aerospace and Healthcare practices, and on the firm’s internal hiring initiatives for Executive Recruiters and Principal Search Consultants. Together, Mark and Rod work with the recruiting team to continuously find ways to improve the search execution process and serve their clients effectively. Previously, Mark worked as an Account Manager for an enterprise content management software company in Costa Mesa with clients in aviation and local government healthcare agencies.
