Broadcaster, Television Color Analyst
The original television analyst for the Anaheim Ducks, Brian Hayward is in his 17th season with the club and has earned a reputation as one of hockey's most articulate and informative analysts. In addition to his work in Anaheim, Hayward is also an analyst for the "NHL on NBC" broadcast team that covers regionalized regular season match-ups, as well as Stanley Cup Playoff and Finals action. His work with NBC brought him to the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy, where he provided color commentary for several men's hockey contests. Read more...
CFO, VP of Finance, Anaheim Ducks
Doug Heller enters his sixth season with the Anaheim Ducks. He has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive in both the banking and insurance industries. Doug’s responsibilities include overseeing the club’s finance department as well as all of the ticket sales and ticket operations of the NHL club. He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for THE RINKS, which includes Anaheim ICE, Westminster ICE, Corona Inline and Huntington Beach Inline. Doug is also the CFO for the Anaheim Ducks Foundation. Director or Marketing, Anaheim Ducks
Tracie Jones serves as the Director of Marketing for the Anaheim Ducks. Jones oversees all aspects of marketing for the hockey team including the development of strategic marketing and advertising campaigns which include initiatives relating to season tickets, group tickets, and individual ticket sales; sponsorship and third party promotions; Anaheim Ducks graphic design and creative, ensuring brand consistency; the development and implementation of all Anaheim Ducks signature events and properties for the team; Anaheim Ducks street team and grassroots initiatives. She also oversees marketing for Anaheim Ducks owned and operated inline and ice rinks under The Rinks program as well as initiatives for the Ducks Team Store. Jones is also responsible for the marketing of Premium Club Seats and Suites for the Anaheim Ducks and Honda Center.
Prior to this she served as Director of Marketing for the Honda Center, overseeing all marketing and promotions for events at the Honda Center that are owned or co-promoted by AAM, the management company for Honda Center. Jones joined the arena in fall of 1999 as the Communications Manager and held the position of Marketing and Promotions Manager before being named Director of Marketing.
Jones received both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a Minor in Sociology, and her Masters degree in Journalism from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California. She is a member of 44 Women for Children.
