Back by popular demand, the SF/Bay Area alumni chapter is organizing another Anderson "Dinners for 12" (D412) on Saturday, March 16.
 
The concept is simple: local alumni host dinners in their homes or at restaurants for other alumni.  This is a great way to meet new people and strengthen existing connections over good food and great conversation. While this event is fairly new for us, “Dinners for 12” has been a successful UCLA event for years and our initial dinner brought together over 40 alumni into three homes.  
 
Event details:
  • When: Saturday, March 16, 2013
  • Where: Various locations throughout the Bay Area. People will be matched based on their location preference (e.g. San Francisco, East Bay, South Bay, North Bay).  If you'd like to host but don't have the space, you can elect to have a smaller group (6 minimum) or host the dinner at a restaurant. Hosting is simple; information on hosting is attached.
  • Who: Anderson alumni, guests welcome
  • What: The specifics of each dinner will depend upon the host’s preferences. Typically, these dinners are potluck.  The host will also set the specific meeting time.
  • Note: this event will also include one D412 for the class of '92.  If you're interested in hosting a dinner for your class in the future, please let us know.
