OUR SPEAKER How to make your emails more profitable!by Liz Danziger '99 This 15-20-minute presentation enables people to produce more profitable results from their emails. Drawn from the Worktalk Ten Principles of Successful Email training, Liz begins with the question of whether email is the right medium for the message. She proceeds to the importance of using the subject line wisely. Liz helps people determine what to put in the subject line to ensure that it will hook the reader's interest. She offers other tips about email confidentiality and proofreading. The last point in the presentation encapsulates all the material in the Email Best Practices program in advising the audience to S-L-O-W D-O-W-N before hitting "send". Numerous open-ended questions allow for ample audience participation. THE LAB A new highly rated brew restaurant for our alumni in the Conejo Valley to try!
