Please j oin us for the  monthly UCLA Anderson Alumni Network in Downtown Los Angeles.

This month’s meeting will be on Friday November 16.2012   where our guest speaker will be Peter Trepp, former President of the UCLA Anderson Alumni Association, who will speak about "What You Need to Know About Financing Emerging Growth Companies".

 
Mr. Trepp has over 20 years of experience as a CFO, COO and investment banker having built, financed and sold companies primarily in the technology sector. His areas of expertise include building ventures, raising capital, hiring/managing teams, and positioning companies for sale.   Most recently, Peter was the founding CFO/COO of ServiceMesh, Inc., an award-winning enterprise cloud software company serving Global 1000 clients.
 
Prior to joining ServiceMesh, he was Managing Director for Verdant Venture Partners, LLC, a Cleantech venture capital firm as wells as heading Barrington Associates’ technology practice.  Earlier in his career, Peter was a management consultant with KPMG Consulting (currently BearingPoint). He also served as President of the UCLA Anderson Alumni Association and was a member of the UCLA Anderson Board of Visitors.  He earned a BA from UC Irvine and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.   
 
The meetings will include brief introductions by attendees, presentation by guest speaker and group discussion. Our goal at these networking lunches are to, “Feed your mind, feed your stomach and feed your network!”
