About Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath

Based on a 40-year global study of human strengths, Gallup identified 35 common talents.  To help people uncover their talents, Gallup introduced StrengthsFinder 2.0, a book which includes an online assessment to uncover your top five strengths.  Their research showed that people who have the opportunity to focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life.

Loaded with hundreds of strategies for applying your strengths this new book and accompanying website will change the way you look at yourself – and the world around you – forever.  StrengthsFinder 2.0 includes a personalized Strengths Discovery and Action-Planning Guide for applying your strengths , as well as 50 ideas for Action (10 strategies for building on each of your Top 5 themes).
