Accounting, Tax and HR Q&A with Jake Jacobs
A webinar in the Entrepreneurial Growth series presented by UCLA Anderson
Alumni Career Services and the Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies
The small business owner needs to become not only an expert in their field, but also an expert at running a small business. On an annual, monthly, or daily basis, some new business-related question comes up that requires the small business owner to become an expert at nuances of accounting, tax, human resources, or other administrative issues of running a business.
Here's your chance to ask accounting, tax and human resources experts those questions that arise during the growth of your business. Jake Jacobs, partner of Rose, Snyder & Jacobs CPA and consulting firm, and Eric Swensen, partner of RSJ/Swenson management and human resources consulting firm, will be on the webinar answering questions from the entrepreneurial audience.
Attendees will learn answers to questions including the following:
-
What are advantages/considerations of corporate structures (LLC, LLP, C-Corporate)?
-
What are pros/cons of various financing options for small businesses (credit card, HELOC, small business loans)?
-
What are considerations for hiring full-time vs 1099 employees?
-
What benefits do small businesses need to provide and how do you find cost effective offerings?
-

-
Or your burning questions on accounting, tax, or human resources issues for small businesses.
