With 20+ years experience in succession planning, leadership & professional development and Executive Coaching, she helps organizations identify and develop internal leadership talent. As Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development at Northrop Grumman, she developed a process to identify pools of talent for the top 120 positions in the company. She has extensive international experience as Executive Director of a global legal association, where she worked with professionals in over 50 countries. She is a coach to executives in aerospace, healthcare, banking, hospitality, law, manufacturing and non-profits, who want to take their careers to the next level. She is an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University's Graduate Program in Organizational Management teaching Personal & Professional Effectiveness. Ms. Weise graduated cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in History, an MBA in Organization Behavior and Human Resources, and a certificate from the UCLA Executive Program. She completed postgraduate education in Executive Coaching at College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara.
