Kelly Clarke has a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley (1996) and a Master's in Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA (FEMBA 2002). After four years in industry, she joined the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2000. Kelly has worked in software engineering roles on the Cassini-Huygens mission to Saturn and Titan, the Spitzer Space Telescope and the Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity. In 2007, Kelly started working on the Mars Science Laboratory - Curiosity. In various ground system roles she supported the building, testing, launch, cruise to Mars and landing operations. Her last role on Curiosity was as Real-Time Operations Deputy Team Chief for cruise and landing. Kelly is currently the Ground System Integration, Test and Deployment Technical Group Supervisor and responsible for managing a team that supports Curiosity and other missions.
