Where can I download the PowerPoint slides?

Right here. Click on your reunion class to download. If you are having trouble opening the PowerPoint templates, double check your verson of PowerPoint. By default, we provided you with a link to a (*.pptx) file that is only compatibility with newer versions of Powerpoint. If you have an older version, we have included (*.ppt) files below.

How do I enter text?

Double-click text areas or "Click here to type". This will enable a text box for you to enter your information.

How do I add photos or resize my photos?

Replace Profile Image:
1) Select and right-click on the "Replace this photo with a picture of you" Image.
2) Select 'Change Picture' and choose the photo of your choice from your computer. 

Add Images to the Bottom:
1) In the top menu bar, go to 'Insert' and select 'Picture'.  

Adjust photo size:
Once you have your photo placed, adjust the size to fit the outlined photo boxes provided on the template. The default photo provided with the templat is approximately 3.15" x 2.42". Please reframe from using a photo smaller than this. If your photo is too large:
1) Right-click your photo and select 'Size and Position'.
2) In the 'Size' tab and under 'Size and rotate', adjust the height and width. PowerPoint will automatically keep your photo propotionate.

Cropping an image:
1) Right-click your photo and select 'Size and Position'. 
2) In the 'Size' tab and under 'Crop from', adjust the left, right, top, and/or bottom accordingly.   

How should I save my slide?

After completeing your slide, go to:
1) Save As>PowerPoint Presentation
2) Save as type: PowerPoint Presentation (*.pptx) or PowerPoint 93-2004 Presentation (*ppt)
3) Enter a filename in the following format: Last Name,First Name,ClassYear.pptx (Example: BruinJoe2002.pptx)
