Dan Pulver is a Senior Associate in Korn Ferry Los Angeles office. He is a member of the firm’s Renewable Energy, CleanTech and Sustainability Center of Expertise. Dan prides himself in being a results-driven consultant capable of leveraging process and technology to rapidly deliver best-in-class solutions for his clients. His practice includes clients within renewable energy/clean technology, real estate, non-profit, and infrastructure industries. Dan has recruited C-Level positions as well as a variety of executive functional disciplines throughout his career with a focus on development, asset management, sales and marketing, sustainability and general management.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Dan worked with Mercer as part of their human capital consulting practice where he focused on developing innovative solutions to complex issues ranging from executive compensation to sales force effectiveness.

Prior to business school, Dan worked as a Branch Manager for Ledgent, a search consulting firm focused on the placement of accounting and corporate finance professionals where he led a regional team of executive recruiters focused on financial/accounting placements in the Greater San Diego market.

Dan holds an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at The University of California, Los Angeles with an emphasis on finance and human resources and a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park. Dan is active with The Anderson School’s Los Angeles Alumni Network and also served as Co-President of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles chapter of Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN); a non-profit organization that provides non-competitive athletic events for children and young adults with physical and mental disabilities.
