"David joins us as we are in an expansion mode in Portland," said Peter Doubleday, recently appointed managing partner of the firm's Portland, Ore., office. "He is a veteran strategic and financial leader with a track record of helping companies increase their profitability and cash flow, reduce costs and streamline their business processes. His experience in business strategy and performance improvement will further strengthen the services we offer our clients in Oregon."
White has led large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives - some with more than 200 team members - many of which have improved client profitability by hundreds of millions of dollars. White also has led initiatives to build global practices and has served multi-national clients as an expatriate living in Beijing and Dubai. He previously worked as senior manager in management consulting for the firm, and prior to returning to the firm was a partner with Oliver Wyman.
White earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his MBA in Finance from UCLA's Anderson School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in California and has his Series 7 license.
