Christopher D. Jennings (MBA '80) is a Managing Director of Roth Capital Partners, a leader in financing emerging growth companies. He initially joined Roth in 1995 and has held his current position since 2002. Since then, he has raised almost $3 billion for clients in a variety of sectors located in the U.S., the UK, Europe, Israel and Asia. He started his corporate finance career in the Los Angeles office of Warburg Paribas Becker, run by Anderson's own Bill Cockrum, then the firm's Vice-Chairman-definitely a memorable experience.
A significant supporter of the Anderson School for the past 20 years, Jennings has served UCLA Anderson as Chair of the Annual Fund, member of the Board of Visitors, and is currently a member of both the Price Center Board of Advisors and the Fink Center Advisory Board. He has also served on campaign committees, recruited multiple board members, solicited many donors, hired Anderson graduates and mentored many more. "Kit" has been a director of public and private companies in the technology, media and finance sectors, in addition to service on other charitable boards.
Jennings holds a BA from New College and received his MBA from UCLA Anderson in 1980.
