With more than three decades of international finance and operations management experience, Wood was vice chairman and CFO of Brown-Forman Corp., and spent 23 years in financial roles at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) and Motorola. Today she is the principal of Louisville-based CompaniesWood, a consulting firm specializing in early-stage (angel) investments, and sits on the board of directors of Leggett & Platt Corporation, Invesco Ltd. and Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.  Savvy in business planning and strategy, commercial negotiations, organizational behavior, information technology, and branding, Wood is a tireless advocate of women in business and serves as a mentor to emerging and established executives alike.
